Delivery Destinations

Italy Mask ships orders worldwide and we have customers all over the world including in the United States, Australia, the United Kingdom, France, Switzerland, Scandinavia, Japan and in many other countries.

Packaging

Through hard experience of packaging fragile items, we now pride ourselves on being able to ship items around the world for them to arrive in perfect condition.  Should the unthinkable happen and the goods arrive damaged or broken, you will receive a full refund for the damaged items.  Here is a testimonial from one of our customers on our packaging.

Delivery Times

Orders are usually dispatched on Mondays and Thursdays, but urgent orders can be dispatched on other days.

Delivery times for world wide shipping vary by destination and if you are concerned about this, please contact us so we can advise you of a number of options you may choose from for your shipping method.  Usually orders will arrive at an international destination within 4-10 working days.  An Express Courier service can be used for urgent orders, on request, for an extra charge.

Delivery Costs

The delivery costs specific to your destination and the item you are ordering are calculated automatically when you check out.  You can evaluate this before you pay for your order.
